Attention: All visitors and family members visiting New Community Extended Care

We are happy to announce that our facility has remained COVID free and our goal is to be COVID free for both staff and residents.

Our goal is to maintain that status, therefore, everyone entering our building must wear a mask.

Please come with your mask on, in order to be allowed into the building. Your mask must also remain on while visiting.
