New Community Extended Care Facility celebrated Linda Johnson on Dec. 7 as she left the facility for home. From day one, Johnson came in with a very positive attitude toward her health. The special care we provided at Extended Care, along with her acceptance and cooperation, enabled her to make a remarkable recovery. We celebrate her transition back to the community and wish her a happy discharge day!
