New Community Extended Care Facility still has some staff members who have tested positive for COVID-19 and therefore we are maintaining our infection control protocol to ensure the safety of everyone.

Masks are still required upon entry and must remain on covering an individual’s nose and mouth. Hand washing and the use of hand sanitizer are also emphasized.

Please do not visit or come into the building if you feel sick or have been exposed to an ill person.

We continue to encourage COVID-19 vaccination and boosters for all. Vaccines will be available from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on July 29 during our Health Fair. Click here for more information.
