To all our residents, families, staff and visitors,

We continue to appreciate your support and compliance with our facility’s COVID-19 outbreak plan which involves testing and isolating residents and staff who are positive, wearing appropriate masks inside the facility, performing hand hygiene, staff wearing appropriate PPE and vaccinations including COVID-19 boosters and flu shots. Please stay home if you feel sick or have been around someone who is sick.

Our goal is to keep everyone free of contagious diseases. As you celebrate this holiday, do so wisely. Do not visit if you do not feel well or you have recently been exposed.
