Celebrating Patient Successes at Extended Care

New Community Extended Care Facility celebrated patients on Aug. 26 who were being discharged after receiving rehabilitation care.

Gustavo Gonzalez is a resident of New Community Associates. He was admitted on July 26 and was discharged on Aug. 28.

Clyde Coleman was admitted on May 19 and was discharged on Aug. 26.

Wilhemenia Turner was admitted on May 19 and was discharged on Aug. 26.
