 Registered Nurse – Infection Control (Full-Time)

The Infection Control Nurse is responsible for coordinating the entire Infection Control Program in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations and as may be directed by Administration to assure the highest degree of quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, B.S. preferred.
• Current licensure/registration in the State of New Jersey.
• APIC certification on infection prevention and control (preferred).
• Minimum of three (3) years nursing experience with at least one (1) year in long term care.

Rate: $51.00 per hour

Registered Nurse – Relief Supervisor (Part-Time)

The Registered Nurse provides direct care and supervision of all nursing services to ensure that each resident’s needs are being met in accordance with their medical/nursing plan of care.

The Unit Nurse Manager will organize, direct, and supervise the daily functioning of the residents’ care unit in accordance with the current Federal, State, and Local standards and regulations that govern the Facility

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with current Federal, State, and Local standard, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BSN or BS) from four-year college, university, or an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse License from either NJDHSS or New Jersey Board of Nursing.
• One (1) to two (2) years of experience in a health care setting preferably Long-Term Care; Geriatric experience preferred.

Rate: $30.38 per hour

Certified Nursing Assistant (Full-Time)

The Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) will provide personal care and related services, functioning under the direction of the Licensed Practical Nurse.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED
