New Community Extended Care continues to follow COVID-19 safety protocols to reduce the risk of new infections.

We continue to encourage family members to postpone visits to loved ones if they feel sick.

Masks continue to be required at the facility for all who enter. We continue to practice good hand hygiene and encourage everyone to get the COVID-19 vaccine and get booster shots when eligible.
