Dear Residents, Family Members, Staff and Visitors:

Please be advised that New Community Extended Care Facility is still experiencing COVID-19 outbreaks and as such everyone entering our building and those inside our building must wear masks. Everyone must also practice good hand hygiene by washing hands with soap and water or using hand sanitizer mounted in all the hallways. We encourage everyone to get vaccinated and boosted with COVID-19 vaccines. Please do not visit if you are sick or have symptoms.
